The location is great, only a short taxi ride away from the city center and perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle. The rooms are well-kept and in top condition, with great views of the surrounding mountains. The service is impeccable, with a warm welcome upon arrival and attention to detail from the staff. Examples of the facilities include 3 pools to choose from and a spa with a Hamman, both incredible experiences.
Some of the restaurant staff lacked knowledge about certain drinks and wine, which could be improved.

The warm welcome upon arrival was a great start to our city break. We were greeted by name and served Turkish coffee during check-in, which added a personal touch. The hotel's location by the Bosphorus offered amazing views, especially during morning coffee. The staff, particularly Ece from reception and Hakan and Gulbahar from the restaurant, were cute and provided really good service.

Staying here was a luxurious experience. the spa and wellness centre offered exclusive amenities, such as a sauna, massage, and beauty treatments. We enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and soaking in the Jacuzzi on the sun terrace. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, always attentive and accommodating. the location was perfect for a peaceful retreat from the bustling city centre, but still conveniently accessible.
Our only minor issue was with the restaurant. the in-room breakfast and snack bar were satisfying, but we found the restaurant to be subpar compared to the other amenities.

I had a very warm welcome upon arrival, and the check-in process was seamless. The room had a fine view of the mountains, and everything was in top condition. The location was convenient, just a short drive from Beskitas/Ortakoy and Bebek. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is luxurious and fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa and wellness centre was outstanding with amazing body scrub and massages. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for sunbathing and the jacuzzi was very relaxing. the service was great and the staff paid attention to every detail. the restaurant had special diet menus with delicious food and the packed lunches were perfect for my day trips. the private facilities were exclusive and made me feel like a VIP.
The hotel was a bit far from the city centre, but it was worth it for the location advantages and peacefulness. the only minor issue was with the staff at the bar, who lacked knowledge about certain drinks.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff provided 5-star service from the moment we arrived until we left. They were attentive, cute, and paid great attention to detail. Ozer, in particular, made us feel very welcome. The hotel, despite being new, runs like it has been open for years. It is a bit far from the city center, but only a short taxi ride away. This location was perfect for us as it allowed us to escape the busy city after a long day. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. The hotel facilities were great, with three pools to choose from, several restaurants and bars. We especially enjoyed the Spa and the Hamman, both of which were very nice. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff at the hotel were always attentive.
